The WCAR General Assembly has elected a new board:
- President: Chidi Olujie (Nigeria)
- Vice President: Balkissa Moukelou K. (Mali)
- Board Members: Innocent Djonthe (Cameroon), Innocent K. Kouassi (Ivory Coast) and Marieme Fall (Senegal)
A training session was held with the aim of ensuring leadership, governance, fundraising efforts, developing strategies for future actions and understanding the role and responsibilities of the Board.
