WFD is following the current situation in Israel and the Gaza strip. Our priority is the protection and safety of deaf people in the area. We are reaching out our Ordinary Member in Palestine and a deaf organisation in Israel to offer our assistance.
We call all parties to be mindful of the existence of deaf civilians and to ensure their safety and protection on the same basis as other civilians during this conflict.
