The WFD attended the International Disability Alliance (IDA) General Assembly in Istanbul, Turkey as a full member.
This pivotal event focused on reviewing and approving a new Constitution and governance structure for the IDA, reaffirming IDA’s dedication to accountability, transparency, and effective representation. Following extensive consultations and member feedback, key governance improvements were identified to enhance leadership and operational performance.
