WFD led a 3-year project for the legal recognition of sign languages in Asia, supported by The Nippon Foundation. We completed training courses in 6 countries, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
We invited these 6 countries to a meeting for 4 days to review the results of these trainings and appreciate their advocacy work.
