The World Federation of the Deaf has mobilized to ensure deaf people have access during the Covid-19 pandemic.  Our team- the WFD Youth Section, the WFD Board, our hard-working staff, our partner organizations, and a team of volunteers- are working hard to ensure deaf people continue to enjoy full human rights.

In this video, the WFD wants to acknowledge the work of our volunteers who have joined us in our response to Covid-19.  Taking on different roles- from expert advice to behind the scenes technical work- they have helped us towards our mission.

You can also support our mission!

We are looking for additional volunteers to fill these specific roles:

• a website manager
• a subtitler (working from transcripts)
• a graphic designer
• an English writer and proofreader.
