32.1. The World Congress of the WFD shall be convened every four (4) years in conjunction with the General Assembly. The World Congress consists of meetings of scientific commissions as well as other meetings.

32.2. All bids and organising activities to do with the WFD Congress shall adhere to Board-approved requirements as stipulated in the Internal Rules.
