27.1. At the first Board meeting of the new term, a Finance Committee (FC) shall be established. The Finance Committee shall be composed of two (2) Board representatives with the option of a third non-Board member.

27.2. The Finance Committee supports the Board and the Secretariat in administration of the WFD finances.
