Since 2003, the Clin d’Oeil Festival has been organised every 2 years in Reims, France by the CinéSourds association, which aims to promote Sign Language in all its cultural diversity and artistic forms.

We offer live performances, street arts, a film competition, music and song concerts, visual and plastic arts exhibitions and a professional exhibition in the Village. At the same time, we are working on a number of other areas, such as youth, with educational and artistic workshops for 6 to 17 year-olds, and research and development into the cultural heritage of the deaf through seminars, conferences and professional meetings.
