All Media Organizations wishing to register for the World Federation of the Deaf's Press Information must fill out this accreditation form for their media representatives.

A Media representative must be engaged in the gathering of news to disseminate it through recognized mediums. These include WFD Ordinary Member and Associate Member media outlets, TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, documentary film/video productions, and branded internet and social media news outlets. Only individuals engaged in these activities will be recognized as official media representatives and given access to WFD media events. Individuals not part of an official media outlet will not be granted access to the Press information.
