FOR YOUR INFORMATION

Subject: We have a new Privacy Statement

Dear (OM, AM, INT, Staff, Board, WFDYS, Accreditee),

You have probably been receiving many emails notifying you of updates because of the changes to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The WFD is committed to privacy and transparency and so, we have created a Privacy Statement to give you a more clear information about what personal data we have, what we do with it, how we protect it, and your rights over it.

You don’t need to take any action. The GDPR comes into force on 25 May 2018. Your continued cooperation with the WFD on that date will subject you to our new Privacy Statement.

If you have any questions, feel free to email Phillipa Sandholm, WFD Administrative Secretary, at phillipa.sandholm@wfdeaf.org

Thank you.
