Ready for the 6th WFDYS Junior Camp in Melbourne, Australia, taking place on 11 – 17 April 2016?

We, WFDYS, are excited to see how the camp will be, because it will be the first camp for us to be involved as a board! The camp organising committee has been doing a wonderful job in liaising with so many countries, taking care of the preparations, fundraising for the developing countries’ representatives and lastly, making sure everything is set to go. We are also looking forward to our 31st board meeting in Melbourne, Australia where we will work toward achieving our goals for the attainment of the human rights of deaf youth as well as developing further the relationship between regional secretariats and Youth Ordinary Members (YOMs).

Next WFDYS Children Camp will be organised in…

WFD Regional Secretariat for Asia (RSA) Youth invited WFDYS Board to hold its meeting in conjunction with their 8th Youth camp in Singapore in October. We were delighted and honoured to be part of the camp: there were 68 participants from 18 countries in attendance. We gave a workshop and a presentation to a very engaging and lively audience.
