Do general laws promoting the rights of children address the situation of children with disabilities?
Are the best interests of the child taken into account in implementation of the CRPD and all actions concerning children with disabilities?
Are children with disabilities on equal basis with other children?
For each article of Articles 10-30, the following questions and issues should be addressed, when relevant:
Have changes been made as a result of ratification of the CRPD? If yes, were national DPOs consulted on these changes?
Is the legislation compliant with the CRPD? If yes, is it being applied in practice?
Are the policies in line with the CRPD? If yes, are they applied in practice?

Individual Membership
An Individual Member of the WFD contributes to organisation's daily work which deals with supporting and strengthening deaf associations, organizing human rights trainings, advancing deaf people's rights in the United Nations human rights system, spreading information on the Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities(CRPD), producing material in sign language and much more.
