Article 11 – Situations of risk and humanitarian emergencies

If your State is currently facing a situation resulting from a humanitarian emergency, are the rights of persons with disabilities who are faced with this situation adequately protected?
If your State is providing humanitarian emergency support to other States, is it done in a way that benefits persons with disabilities on an equal basis with others?
Do emergency protocols foresee measures to ensure that persons with disabilities will not be discriminated or excluded in case of a humanitarian emergency?
Is there obligation to provide sign language interpretation and information in sign language in case of a humanitarian emergency?
