APPROACHING DEADLINES FOR GENERAL ASSEMBLY DOCUMENTS

The WFD distributed a letter to Ordinary Members on 10 July 2014 with document attachments for the upcoming XIX General Assembly, which will be held 26-27 July 2015 in Istanbul, Turkey, prior to the start of the WFD World Congress.  The General Assembly Workshop will be held on 25 July 2015, prior to the XIX General Assembly.

The WFD Secretariat in Finland must receive completed forms & documents by the deadlines below :

1. Original Entrusting Power Form – 23 January 2015
2. Nominations for WFD Board Positions – 23 January 2015
3. Nominations for WFD Awards – 31 December 2014
4. Nominations for Liisa Kauppinen Human Rights Award – 31 December 2014
5. Bids to Host the 3rd WFD Conference in 2017 – 31 December 2014
6. Bids to Host the XVIII WFD World Congress in 2019 – 31 December 2014
7. Inclusions in the General Assembly Agenda & Proposals/Motions – 23 January 2015

The WFD Secretariat would greatly appreciate submission of required forms & documents by Ordinary Members prior to the above deadlines.  Late submissions will not be accepted.
