We would like to become an ORDINARY member of the WFD.

Understanding that this application is subject to approval by the Board of WFD, we are giving on page 2 the reasons for interest in membership and a short summary of our work with Deaf people.

We understand that, to become an Ordinary Member of WFD, our organisation must be the accepted national organisation of Deaf people in our country, with a clear majority of Deaf voting members and Board members.  We also understand that, if accepted as an Ordinary Member, we must abide by the WFD Statutes and work according to the WFD aims and goals.

If our application is accepted, we agree to pay the membership fee. (NOTE: For Developing Countries, lower membership fees are available).  Payment of the annual fee entitles us to receive the WFD Newsletters for one year plus other information, and gives us voting rights at the WFD General Assembly.
